To ensure that all guests feel comfortable at Lerchenhof, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

General

• The holiday apartments are located in a former farmhouse in a quiet, rural setting.
• Please treat the accommodation and all furnishings with care and respect.
• Please remove street shoes when entering the apartment. The floors are untreated and sensitive.

Non-smoking Apartments

• Both apartments are strictly non-smoking.
• Smoking is permitted only on the balconies or the terrace. Please use the provided ashtrays.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed.
• In exceptional cases, prior personal arrangement is required.

Occupancy

• The maximum number of guests per apartment must not be exceeded.
• Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not permitted.
• Events or parties are not permitted.

Parking & Arrival

• Parking spaces are available directly at the property.

Facilities & Use

• The kitchens are high-quality, fully equipped and intended for normal household use.
• The wood-burning stove may only be used according to instructions and with suitable fuel.
• Please ventilate the apartment regularly, especially after showering and cooking.
• Bicycles or similar items must not be brought into the apartment.

Windows & Security

• Please close all windows when leaving the apartment (also do not leave them tilted).
• In case of rain, all windows — especially roof windows — must be closed, even when you are at home.

Wi-Fi & Technology

• Free Wi-Fi is available.

Cleaning & Laundry

• Bed linen and towels are included in your stay.
• For long-term stays of one month or more, a full cleaning and linen change is provided every 14 days.
• Please leave the apartment broom-clean upon departure.
• All laundry is washed exclusively with ecological detergents. This makes the accommodation particularly skin-friendly and suitable for allergy sufferers.

Waste Disposal

• Please dispose of rubbish in the waste bins located at the end of the courtyard, at the latest upon check-out.
• If you have any questions regarding waste separation, please feel free to ask.
• If unsure, waste may be disposed of in the black bin.
• Please remove or dispose of all food leftovers upon check-out.

Damages

• Please report any damages or defects immediately so that we can address them promptly.

Children & Safety

• Please note: No baby or toddler equipment is available.
• There is a private pond with goldfish in the garden (approx. 1.80 m deep).
• Chickens and runner ducks also live on the property in a private area and contribute to the special charm of Lerchenhof.

Allergy-Friendly

• The holiday apartments are allergy-friendly, as no pets are allowed and ecological, low-irritation detergents are used for cleaning.
